Draft for legal review. Not yet approved by counsel.
1. What our AI does
Warmup uses artificial intelligence to generate content ideas, captions, hooks and scripts from your brief and your data; to transcribe videos and translate transcripts; to break videos down into hook, structure and call to action; and to detect patterns in what performs across your accounts and the public accounts you track.
2. Human review
AI output is a draft. Nothing is published to your social accounts without your explicit approval or a schedule you configured. You are responsible for reviewing generated content for accuracy, legality and brand fit before publishing.
3. What data goes to AI providers
- Your brief, product description and tone settings.
- Captions, transcripts and metadata of your posts and of tracked public posts.
- Audio extracted from videos for transcription, and single frames for visual analysis.
We do not send your platform passwords or payment data to AI providers.
4. No training on your data
Our contracts with AI providers prohibit using your content to train or improve their general models. Data is retained by providers only as long as needed to return a result, subject to their abuse-monitoring retention limits.
5. Limitations
Generative models can produce inaccurate, outdated or biased text. Performance insights are statistical patterns, not guarantees of future results. Treat all output as advice to be verified.
6. Prohibited uses
You may not use Warmup’s AI features to create content that is deceptive, defamatory, hateful or infringing; that impersonates real people or organisations without authorisation; that constitutes spam or coordinated inauthentic behaviour; or that violates the rules of the platforms you publish to.
7. Transparency
Where a platform or law requires disclosure of AI-generated or AI-assisted content, you are responsible for adding that disclosure. Warmup labels AI drafts inside the Service so you can tell them apart from your own text.
8. Changes
We will update this policy as our AI features and providers change. Material changes are announced in the Service.
